Ashirvad Industries offers a high-precision Eye/Ear Drop Liquid Filling Line designed for sterile and contamination-free filling of small-volume liquid products in plastic or glass bottles. Our fully automatic and semi-automatic models are ideal for filling eye drops, ear drops, nasal drops, and other ophthalmic or otic formulations.

Engineered to meet GMP and USFDA standards, this line ensures accurate dosing, hygienic operation, and smooth bottle handling in a Class 100 cleanroom environment.

Available Speeds:

  • 30 bottles per minute (BPM): Semi-automatic / compact automatic

  • 60 BPM: Medium-scale production

  • 100–120 BPM and higher: High-speed rotary line
