Ashirvad Industries offers a complete Injectable Vial Liquid Filling Line designed for sterile, accurate, and high-speed filling of liquid injectables into glass vials. Engineered to meet GMP, WHO, and USFDA standards, our filling lines ensure contamination-free operations ideal for pharmaceutical formulations such as antibiotics, vaccines, hormones, and biologicals.

Available in both linear and rotary configurations, our filling lines can be tailored based on vial size, fill volume, speed, and cleanroom layout requirements.

  • 30 Vials Per Minute (VPM): Entry-level

  • 60 VPM: Standard production

  • 120 VPM and above: High-speed rotary line

  1. Automatic Vial Washing Machine: Multi-stage internal & external vial washing

  2. Vial Sterilizing Tunnel / Dry Heat Sterilizer: Depyrogenation and sterilization

  3. Liquid Vial Filling Machine: Peristaltic or piston pump with servo control

  4. Rubber Stoppering Unit: Partial or full stoppering in sterile zone

  5. Vial Cap Sealing Machine (ROPP / Flip-Off): Hermetic sealing

  6. Inspection Conveyor: For manual or automatic visual inspection

  7. Labeling Machine & Packing Conveyor: For final packing and dispatch
